This machine is a wet polishing machine, which uses metallographic sandpaper of different grain
sizes to polish samples of various metals and alloys. Using this pre-grinding machine, in addition to
mechanical polishing instead of manual operation to improve the efficiency of sample preparation,
it can also completely remove the plastic deformation and surface heating traces generated during
the sample cutting process for further polishing and microscopic determination of the structure.
 
When the pre-grinding machine is working, the cooling water is continuously injected into the
rotating grinding disc through the rotary water nozzle, and the sandpaper can be tightly attached to
the grinding disc under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the sandpaper does not need to
be bonded or clamped. The machine is equipped with a beautiful and practical glass fiberreinforced
plastic shell and completely uses stainless steel standard parts, which greatly enhances the
performance of the product and makes the machine an ideal equipment for sample pre-grinding.
