1. Simple Introduction
XJJ-50 Charpy impact testing machine is mainly used in measuring impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as rigid plastics (including sheet, pipe, plastic profile), reinforced nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic, cast stone, and electrical insulation materials, etc. It is widely used in the chemical industry, scientific research units, colleges and universities quality inspection and other departments.
The instrument adopts high hardness and high precision bearing, which eliminates the loss caused by friction and ensures that the energy loss of friction is far less than the standard requirement. It is an accurate and reliable impact testing machine with simple structure, easy and convenient to operate.
2. Working principle
The specimen of horizontal beam is attacked by the pendulum with known energy, and destroyed by one time impact of the pendulum. The impact line is located in the center of the two supports. The energy difference of the pendulum hammer before and after impact is used to determine the energy absorbed by the specimen during failure. Then the impact strength is calculated according to the original cross-sectional area of the specimen.
