1. Simple Introduction
It is suitable for the measurement of the ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes with circular cross-section. It is also suitable for flat test, ring flexibility test and weld tensile test. It meets the requirements of testing standards for PE double-wall corrugated pipes, winding pipes and various plastic pipes. It is a necessary testing instrument for scientific research institutes, quality inspection departments and pipe manufacturers.
The PC control software realizes the screen display of test force, test force peak value, beam displacement, test deformation and test curve, and the operation is intuitive and simple. It has overload, overcurrent and overpressure protection functions, and is equipped with a pipe inner diameter measurement system, which can accurately measure the inner diameter change of the pipe. The transmission system controls the full-digital AC servo motor through a distributed control system composed of a PC and a single-chip microcomputer, drives the middle beam to move up and down at the speed required by the test standard, and applies pressure to the pipe sample through the sample pressure plate. The segment linearity correction method ensures the high precision and high stability of the machine. This series of ring stiffness testing machine has passed the CE certification of EU products.
2. Working Theory
According to the standard of "Determination of Ring Stiffness of Thermoplastic Pipes": The ring stiffness is determined by the force value and deformation measured when the pipe is deformed at a constant speed. Place the pipe sample horizontally, determine the compression speed of the flat plate according to the diameter of the pipe, and use two parallel flat plates to apply pressure to the sample in the vertical direction. When the reaction force is generated during deformation, the ring stiffness is calculated by the force when the diameter direction of the pipe sample section is deformed to 0.03di (di is the inner diameter of the pipe sample).
